After losing my beautiful Mum 9 months ago we were left devastated that we then lost my beautiful Daddy. My Dad was turning 80 years young in august and I was planning a lovely bottle kiln cake as he was born and bred in Burslem, after losing him so suddenly it was only right to find someone who could make this extra special tribute for him for his funeral. This Bottle kiln floral tribute was completely amazing and it meant the world to me knowing that I’d got my Daddy this tribute for the life he had in his Beloved Burslem. Mum & Dad are resting eternally now, together, reunited and I thank Cheryl from the bottom of my broken heart for accepting my unusual request and for making me feel so proud when I saw it. Highly recommended to everyone who wants superb floral arrangements for their beloved ones
I used flower lane for my mothers funeral flowers.
This was in the 4th January and most florists were closed, the others had no flowers available due to the lorry’s being stuck in France.
I contacted Cheryl via Facebook who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond by even going to the warehouse at 6am to get the flowers I wanted. She made a very difficult time a really calm stress free experience.
She was very professional and attentive at all times with excellent communication throughout.

Picked up my peacock Christmas wreath and it is beautiful. Smells gorgeous too. Plenty of choice, personal service and brilliant communication and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
